Community Safety Issues

                                      Community Safety Concerns
Safety concerns include unsafe/uninhabitable structures; assisting of Local Fire Districts with burn permit enforcement; burn barrel enforcement; fire hazard abatement and issues involving improper hazardous material storage issues. 

Some of the ordinances are as follows:

6.02.010 (1) (f) Solid waste that may be toxic, infectious, explosive, or otherwise hazardous.
ORS 478.960 (1)  Burning of commercial, industrial, domestic waste, land clearing debris, burning of field without permit from Fire Department. 
6.03.040 Unlawful deposit of rubbish or other solid waste on land or water.
