NOTICE OF CURRY COUNTY 4H & EXTENSION SERVICE DISTRICT BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Curry County 4-H & Extension Service District, Curry County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014, will be held in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, Courthouse Annex, 94235 Moore Street, Gold Beach, Oregon, on May 15, 2013, at 9:30 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 3, 2013, at the Curry County OSU Extension Office, 29390 Ellensburg, Gold Beach, Oregon, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.

Listed below is the time and place of the budget hearing for 4H & Extension Service District to be held in the Curry County Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 94235 Moore Street, Gold Beach, Oregon. This is a public meeting where any person may appear, ask questions, and comment on the budget.

PUBLIC NOTICE

                The Combined Curry County Public Transit Service District Advisory Committee & STF Advisory Committee will convene on Tuesday, May 14, 2013, at 10:00 A.M. in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, Courthouse Annex, 94235 Moore Street, Gold Beach, Oregon. The purpose of the meeting is to review and approve a STF/STO grant, take public and Committee member comments on the operations and schedules provided by Curry Public Transit, Inc., and to approve the minutes from the last Combined Curry County Public Transit Service District Advisory Committee & STF Advisory Committee Meeting held on January 9, 2013. Other topics may be discussed. The public is welcome to attend this meeting and to offer comments.
