DCBS through manufactured home transactions.
On February 1, 2017 Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services, Building Codes Division, has implemented a new web-based software system for manufactured home transactions. In addition to the new software system, new forms have been created as well.
Please use the link on the left of the page "Manufactured Homes" to view, print and navigate to the new system.
If you are unable to access the forms or need assistance completing the new forms, please contact the Curry County Assessor's office for the applicable fees and we would be happy to assist you.
